Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped.

NKAYLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
NKAYLA Refund & Therapeutic Guarantee
To ensure the safety and integrity of our cosmetic products and as a small business focused on quality control, NKAYLA does not accept returns or exchanges on any products, opened or unopened.
We are confident in the therapeutic results of our Scalp Therapy collection. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we offer the following guarantee to protect your investment.
The Scalp Peace Guarantee (For Retail Customers)
If you are a retail customer and a product does not meet your expectations or solve your targeted scalp issue:

Time Frame: You must contact NKAYLA Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order.

Resolution: We will work with you to find a replacement product better suited to your needs (e.g., swapping a Purify & Cool product for a Soothe & Heal product).

Credit/Exchange: We will issue a one-time credit equal to the value of the unsatisfactory product, redeemable for an exchange of another NKAYLA product of equal or lesser value.

No Return Shipping: Since we do not accept returns, you do not pay for return shipping and are encouraged to pass the product along to a friend or family member.
Wholesale Partner & Ambassador Policy

No Returns: NKAYLA does not accept returns on wholesale orders.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 72 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will promptly ship replacements for damaged items at no cost to you.

Customer Dissatisfaction: Partners/Ambassadors must adhere to their individual salon's return policy. NKAYLA will honor a credit for unsatisfied customers (per the Scalp Peace Guarantee) but will not buy back inventory from partners.
NKAYLA Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
This is the primary legal agreement governing all use of the NKAYLA website and purchases.
A. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NKAYLA website (nkaylahaircare.com) or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
B. Intellectual Property (IP)

Ownership: All content on this website, including product names (e.g., NKAYLA, Scalp Therapy), logos, product images, formulas, and text, is the property of NKAYLA Global, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Usage: Customers are granted a limited license to view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, or distribution, is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from NKAYLA Global, LLC.
C. Limitation of Liability
NKAYLA Global, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our products is to obtain a credit for exchange under our Scalp Peace Guarantee. In no event shall NKAYLA’s total liability exceed the total price you paid for the product(s) in question.
D. Dispute Resolution (For All Customers)

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any NKAYLA product or service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, with the exception that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between NKAYLA and you individually. You agree that you will not be a part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
E. Wholesale Partner and Ambassador Terms

Resale Agreement: Partners and Ambassadors are authorized resellers of NKAYLA products only through approved channels (e.g., their salon, direct-to-client). Online resale on platforms like Amazon, eBay, or unapproved third-party e-commerce sites is strictly prohibited.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Partners and Ambassadors must adhere to NKAYLA’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), which is the MSRP defined in the wholesale agreement. Selling products below the specified MSRP on public-facing channels is a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the wholesale account.
